THERMAL TRANSIENT TEST (TTT)

Riverbend Energetics invested in new Thermal Transient Testing equipment in the spring of 2020. TTT gives Riverbend Energetics the ability to provide non-destructive testing on energetic devices to indicate production problems with bridge wire welding, powder preparation and powder application.

Assembly, Loading, Fabrication

Riverbend Energetics has all the necessary equipment to receive, store, dry, blend, load, press, inspect, assemble, test, package and ship explosive components. Riverbend Energetics has a variety of equipment of different capabilities, witht tooling and equipment interchangeable among the machines. Each machine can use any number of automatic scoopers, presses, foilers, and other equipment. With this flexibility, small requirements can be handled on a small machine and large contracts can be produced on several large machines.

In our machine shop, we have a wide range of machining and tooling capabilities. Our team of machinists are prepared for any task.

Riverbend Energetics utilizes a CNC Mill to expand on machining and tooling abilities and continues to expand on the in-house resources needed to meet our customers' needs.
