Riverbend Energetics delivers vertically integrated capabilities to support the design, production, and qualification of small energetic devices used in mission-critical defense and aerospace systems.
Our advanced facility is equipped to handle every stage of energetic component production, from material blending and loading to pressing, assembly, testing, packaging, and secure storage. We maintain 19 on-site magazines for safe explosive storage and utilize advanced automation to enhance precision and scalability in manufacturing. This end-to-end control ensures each product meets rigorous quality and safety standards before it ships.
Riverbend employs TTT as a non-destructive diagnostic method to assess electric initiator integrity, including bridge wire welds, powder loading, and powder application. Performing this testing enables us to uncover issues early in the development process.
We rigorously test all products under extreme conditions across all possible usage and storage environments to ensure their durability and to identify any potential weaknesses.
Our high-resolution radiographic inspection systems enable internal inspection of inert or loaded energetic components. Certified NDT personnel ensure each device meets internal structural requirements.
Custom-designed automation platforms and CNC-machined tooling support repeatable, scalable manufacturing. All automation systems are built in-house to reduce downtime and accelerate customer responsiveness.
